Job Title: Business Development Officer

Location: Ujjain & Surrounding.

Industry: UPVC Doors & Windows (Building Material)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • This is an individual contribution role.
  • Candidate shall be responsible for creating and developing new accounts and strengthening existing customers.
  • Candidate will also assess product portfolio in line with evolving customer needs and current offerings to the market working closely with product development and marketing team.
  • Analyze performance, market conditions and competitors strategy and suggest solutions and implement the same.
  • Drive initiatives and sales targets of the Franchise.
  • Being a single window contact with customer, candidate shall ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction index.
  • Candidate is expected to provide mature and strong leadership in their respective territory, thereby enhancing the stature and presence of the brand.
  • Will be responsible to educate and focus on key Builders, Architects / Sr. Architects about company s product (complete hardware) – features, USPs etc.
  • Will be responsible to achieve and exceed the monthly / quarterly / annual sales targets of the franchise.
  • Contribute in preparing the Monthly Sales Target.
  • Reporting to Franchise Owner and BDM of that Territory.

Experience– Min 1 to 2+ years of experience in Same Industry or Building Material

Any Graduate (Please do not apply if you do not possess the relevant minimum qualification)

  • Travel Savy(atleast 15 days from Base Location, around 200 Kms)

Role: Handling the Franchise Unit Sales, meeting and forecasting the sales target of assigned Franchise unit, meeting clients, preparing quotation with the help of technical team, closing deals,

Salary Criteria: Range Between 15K  to 18K

(TA, DA, Petrol Allowance from Franchise Part)
