Job Title: Business Development Officer

Roles & Responsibilities:
- This is an individual contribution role.
- The candidate shall be responsible for creating and developing new accounts and strengthening existing customers.
- The candidate will also assess the product portfolio in line with evolving customer needs and current offerings to the market, working closely with the product development and marketing teams.
- Analyze performance, market conditions, and competitor strategy and suggest solutions and implement the same.
- Drive initiatives and sales targets for the franchise.
- Being in single-window contact with the customer, the candidate shall ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction index.
- The candidate is expected to provide mature and strong leadership in their respective territory, thereby enhancing the stature and presence of the brand.
- Will be responsible to educate and focus on key Builders, Architects and senior architects about company s product (complete hardware)—features, USPs, etc.
- Will be responsible to achieve and exceed the monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets of the franchise.
- Contribute in preparing the monthly sales target.
- Reporting to the franchise owner and BDM of that territory.
Experience: Min. 1 to 2 years of experience in the same industry or Building Material
Any Graduate (Please do not apply if you do not possess the relevant minimum qualification.)
